❋ No previous yoga experience is needed
❋ All equipment is provided
❋ Suitable for people who are 15+ weeks pregnant

Class times:

  • Thursdays 6pm - 7.15pm

  • Thursdays 7.30pm - 8.45pm

  • Fridays 12.15pm - 13.30pm

Classes are held in the Terrace Room at the Somerdale Pavillion, Trajectus Way, Keynsham, BS31 2FW

Classes are £18 each for drop-in, or £15 each when you book a block of five classes.

All classes in the first three weeks of March are free, as they are my practice sessions before I qualify. Booking is essential for free and paid sessions.
